Terms and Conditions
A Consultant will contact you via phone to gather additional information before free trial is offered.
During the discovery phase, the consultant will assess your needs and confirm the scope of the trial.
A date will be set according to your availability to activate your KOMI Doc Cloud instance and to configure it to your business needs and to quickly guide you around the top features of KOMI Doc.
Technical support is provided with some restrictions during the trial period. For more information please contact your KOMI Doc consultant
At the end of the 90-day KOMI Doc free trial period you will have the choice to Stop or Continue using KOMI Doc solution. We will send you an email notification five days before your trial period ends. Your business partner will contact you then to know your decision.
Should you want to stop to use KOMI Doc Solution, you will have 15 days (after the end of your trial period) to collect any documents posted on KOMI Doc. After the 15 days’ notice, your KOMI Doc trial platform will be stopped and all data will be securely deleted.
Should you want to continue to use KOMI Doc Solution, your company will need to subscribe, through your Konica Minolta or Fujitsu Image Scanner reseller, to an annual pay plan.
